Bulk Actions in Speak_ allow users to efficiently manage and move candidates through their hiring pipeline. This feature is particularly useful when you need to take action on multiple candidates at once, such as advancing or archiving. Here's how to use Bulk Actions to streamline your workflow:

1. Score Your Candidates

Before you can use Bulk Actions, ensure your candidates have been scored using Speak_'s AI-powered resume scoring system. This will help you quickly identify the most qualified candidates based on your custom signals.

2. Set Filters to Refine Candidate List

To manage your candidates efficiently, use filters to display only those who meet specific criteria. For example, if you want to archive candidates who scored below a certain threshold, follow these steps:
