Connecting your Speak_ account to Ashby allows you to automatically be transparent with your candidates about where they are in the process.

When your candidates sign in to Speak_ to access their interview guides they will also see a notification that lets them know the following information:

• What stage of the interview process they are in
• What their next interview is
• Who their interviewer will be
• The date & time of the interview
• A link to the online meeting (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

How to Set Up Ashby Integration

The steps to set up your integration are very simple. You will need:

1. A recruiter login for Speak_
2. An Ashby API Key

Here are the steps:

1. Log in as a recruiter on the Speak_ platform
2. Go to the “Settings” tab on the left-hand sidebar
3. Click “Connect” next to Ashby in the Integrations section
4. In the pop-up module, paste the Ashby API Key
