Inviting Collaborators to Speak_
Inviting collaborators to Speak_ allows you to share access with your team, enabling a collaborative hiring process. Follow these steps to invite team members and manage their access:
1. Access the "Invite Collaborators" Tab
To begin inviting collaborators:
- Navigate to the Left-Hand Sidebar: Locate and click on the "Invite Collaborators" tab. This will open the page where you can manage team invitations.
2. Add Collaborators
To invite new collaborators:
- Click "Invite Members": This button will prompt you to enter the email addresses of the individuals you want to invite.
- Enter Email Addresses: Input the emails of the people you wish to grant access to Speak_. You can add multiple emails at once if you're inviting several collaborators.
3. Send Invitations
After entering the email addresses:
- Click "Send invites": This action sends an email invite to each person, prompting them to join your team on Speak_.
4. Track Invitation Status
Once you've sent the invitations, you can track their status:
- View Accepted and Pending Invites: The Invite Collaborators page will display a list of all invited collaborators, showing who has accepted the invite and who is still pending.
- Accepted: These collaborators have joined your team and now have full access to Speak_.
- Pending: These collaborators have not yet accepted the invitation. You may follow up with them if necessary.
